Eligibility

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations and may carry a handling fee shown at checkout.

Shipping, cancellations, returns and exchanges

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Exchange policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund policy. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in those policies.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, artwork, photographs, text, logos and the ANFRIC name — belongs to ANFRIC or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means;
• interfere with the site's operation or other users' enjoyment of it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANFRIC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and disputes
