Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Browse the store, pick your size and colour, add the item to your bag and check out. You can order as a guest, but an account lets you track orders and raise returns or exchanges without contacting us.

Question 2

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations and may carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched, from My Account or by contacting us with your order number. After dispatch, an order can no longer be cancelled — you can refuse delivery or return it within 3 days of receiving it.

Question 4

I didn't get an order confirmation email.

Accepted Answer

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within an hour, contact us with the email address you used and your payment reference and we'll locate the order.

Question 5

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We currently deliver to addresses within India only. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes [3–5] business days to metro cities and [5–7] business days elsewhere. Sales, festivals and weather can add time.

Question 7

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on orders above ₹[amount]. Below that a flat fee of ₹[amount] applies. Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional handling fee of ₹[amount]. All charges are shown at checkout.

Question 8

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Your dispatch email names the courier and your tracking number. Enter them on our Track Order page and we'll take you straight to the courier's live tracking. We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and Ecom Express.

Question 9

My package is delayed or hasn't arrived.

Accepted Answer

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times, so first check the tracking for an attempted-delivery note. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier for you.

Question 10

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You can return most items within 3 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Innerwear, socks and items marked final sale can't be returned unless faulty.

Question 11

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes — within 3 days of delivery, for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock. One exchange is allowed per item; if the size you need is out of stock you can return the item for a refund instead.

Question 12

How do I start a return or exchange?

Accepted Answer

Raise a request from My Account or contact us within 3 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Where pickup is available at your address we'll arrange collection; otherwise we'll send you return instructions.

Question 13

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Once your return passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. For Cash on Delivery orders we'll ask for bank or UPI details and refund by transfer. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Question 14

I received a damaged, defective or wrong item.

Accepted Answer

We're sorry. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping — at no cost to you.

Question 15

Do I need an account to shop?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest. An account is recommended, though: it saves your addresses, keeps your order history in one place and lets you raise returns and exchanges yourself.

Question 16

How do I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

Use the form on our Contact Us page, or reach us by email or phone during support hours. Include your order number if your question is about an order — it helps us answer faster.

Question 17

How is my personal data protected?

Accepted Answer

Payments are handled by our payment gateway partners and we never store your card number. We use your details only to fulfil orders, support you and — with your consent — send updates you can opt out of. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
