Grievance Redressal

Last updated

We want every problem fixed quickly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a grievance, who is responsible for resolving it, the timelines we commit to, and how to escalate if you are not satisfied. It is published in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Grievance Officer

Our Grievance Officer is Harnisha Chodvadiya, reachable at anfricdotcom@gmail.com or +91 83203 59542 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00 IST), at ANFRIC, 12, Snehmilan Society, Chikuwadi Nana Varachha Road Surat Gujarat - 395006.

How to raise a grievance

Any of these routes reaches the same queue and gets the same tracking number:

  • the Contact Us form on this site, choosing your order if it relates to one;
  • email to anfricdotcom@gmail.com with your order number and a short description;
  • a call to +91 83203 59542 during support hours.

Our timelines

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours with a reference number, and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt, as the E-Commerce Rules require. Most order issues — a missing parcel, a wrong or damaged item, a delayed refund — are resolved much sooner.

Personal data grievances

Requests to access, correct or erase your personal data, or complaints about how it has been handled, are dealt with by the same officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We respond within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Escalation

If we have not resolved your grievance within the timelines above, or you are unhappy with the outcome, you may:

  • call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or use consumerhelpline.gov.in;
  • file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, including online through the e-Daakhil portal;
  • for payment disputes, raise a chargeback or complaint through your bank or payment provider.
