This policy covers how we ship your order and how to exchange an item for a different size or colour. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India only. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates
Delivery typically takes [3–5] business days to metro cities and [5–7] business days elsewhere in India, after dispatch. Estimates are indicative; delays can occur during sales, festivals, adverse weather or events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹[amount]. A flat fee of ₹[amount] applies to orders below that. Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional handling fee of ₹[amount], shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Track your order from My Account or via the link in your dispatch email. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
Failed or delayed delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the order is returned to us and refunded less shipping charges. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same product within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock. Exchanged items must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. One exchange is permitted per item; if the size you need is unavailable, you may return the item for a refund instead.
How to request an exchange
Raise an exchange request from My Account or by contacting us within the 3-day window, quoting your order number and the size or colour you need. We will arrange pickup of the original item where available and dispatch the replacement once the original passes inspection.
Exchange shipping
The first exchange on an order is [free / charged at ₹[amount]]. Where an exchange is due to our error — a wrong or defective item — all shipping is on us.
